Choose the items you want to synchronize with MailChimp from NetSuite
Schedule feed completion time will depend on the number of items and customer data to be processed.
We strongly recommend programming these schedules on a time that meets the following: less NS backend-scripts execution and less site’s orders processing time.
The connector requires specific fields in Saved Searches for proper operation. If removed, the connector will stop working.
Customers & Contacts: name, email, last name, NetSuite global subscription status.
Items & Orders: name, description, internal ID, parent/matrix item, base price.
NetSuite ERP triggered events:
Customer Created/Updated → Syncs to Mailchimp in real time.
Order Created → Sales Order data (totals, discounts, taxes, shipping).
Ordered Product → Product details such as pricing and quantity.
Item Data Sync → Item name, ID, price, description, image, and URL (from custom fields).
Flexibility:
Data fields can be transferred as “id” or “text” per line.
Images and URLs must be hosted externally and linked via item custom fields.

Data synchronization is one-way: NetSuite → Mailchimp (only subscription status flows back)
If an item, customer, or order is created/updated manually in Mailchimp, it must also be created in NetSuite ERP to keep data consistent
If an item, lead/customer, order data is created/updated on the Klaviyo’s account manually, it should be created in NetSuite ERP as well to keep data consistent. NetSuite ERP needs to be the data source of truth

We recommend all action items be executed in a NetSuite Sandbox account and a Mailchimp dev account.
After Tavano Team completes the integration, configuration, and basic testing, you will need to test the connector yourself and give us the green light to move it to your live environment.
The scope of work included supports native NetSuite functionality only. Additional efforts may be required if any functionality has been customized. These efforts are not included as part of this scope and will need to be evaluated and quoted separately.
