SuiteWorld 2026: What We Know So Far

SuiteWorld 2026: What We Know So Far

NetSuite hit the stage in Las Vegas a year ago and introduced NetSuite The next is the biggest change to the platform since its launch in 1998. This October the NetSuite community returns to the same building to see how much of that promise is now running in real accounts.

The short version: NetSuite SuiteWorld 2026 is sold out in person, the agenda is public and AI is at the center of nearly every keynote. This is what we know about the biggest cloud ERP conference of the year, and the topics we expect to dominate the week.

SuiteWorld 2026 At-A-Glance

  • Date: October 25–28, 2026
  • Where: Caesars Forum, 3911 Koval Lane, Las Vegas (connected to Harrah’s and The LINQ by the Forum Sky Bridge, not inside Caesars Palace)
  • Pre-event Training: October 24–25
  • Theme: “Ready for Next”
  • Format: Mixed. In-person in Las Vegas, with free virtual access via SuiteWorld On Air
  • Scale: 8,000+ attendees, 350+ sessions and labs, 150+ sponsors, 10+ industry focus areas, according to Oracle.
  • Status: Sold out of in-person tickets. Registration is open and On Air registration is free

One new thing as of 2025 is easy to miss. This year the conference begins on a Sunday and wraps up Wednesday afternoon, nearly three weeks later than last year, which was Oct. 6–9.

Is SuiteWorld 2026 Selling Out?

Yes. Once the event was full, Oracle ended in-person registration. If you didn’t get a badge, you have two choices:

  1. Sign up for the waitlist via the SuiteWorld registration portal. If a spot opens up Oracle will email you.
  2. Sign up for SuiteWorld On Air, the virtual option, which is free and features the keynotes and more than 100 sessions.

Have a pass already? Find out your payment status today. Oracle’s deadline is 5:00 p.m. PT on October 2, 2026, and any registration not paid in full by then is automatically canceled. Training for the event can still be added through the Attendee Portal up to and including October 14.

What We Expect to Hear at SuiteWorld 2026

Of course, Oracle hasn’t released the scripts of the keynote. But between the 2026.2 release, this year’s SuiteConnect tour and the session catalog, the big storylines are already clear. There’s a thread worth following for each business leader in finance, operations and IT.

NetSuite Next, Now It’s Live

SuiteWorld opens with a keynote from Evan Goldberg, NetSuite founder and executive vise president, on NetSuite Next and what a business can do with AI built into everyday workflows and processes.

NetSuite Next is no longer a preview, unlike 2025. The rollout started with the NetSuite 2026.2 release, announced by Oracle on July 15. Preview accounts are available for customers in the United States and Canada, with other countries coming soon. Sign up for a preview account or switch your production account. It doesn’t turn itself on for you, so expect a lot of sessions around planning the move: trying out customizations, training users, and deciding who goes first.

Query Oracle & AI as Part of the Workflow

Ask Oracle, the conversational assistant at the center of NetSuite Then, with 2026.2 coming first for U.S. and Canadian accounts. You type in a question in natural language and get an answer based on your own NetSuite data. Expect the breakouts to be used daily, because that’s where the useful questions are. How accurate are answers on a heavily customized account? What can each role see?

SuiteConnect 2026 – Finance Automation

Oracle spent the first half of the year rolling out AI features in SuiteConnect events in New York, Chicago, London and nine other cities. The list of finance is long:

  • Intelligent Close Manager, a single dashboard to follow-up month-end close across subsidiaries
  • AI bank transaction match
  • Planning and Reconciliation agents EPM
  • Report narratives generated by AI
  • AI-powered advanced pricing
  • 360-degree view of the customer
  • NetSuite Intelligent Flux Analysis to explain why balances in accounts changed between periods (added in 2026.2)

These go from announcement to “here’s how a customer set it up” at SuiteWorld. If your team handles the close and reporting in NetSuite, block off the finance track. They’re the point where automation stops being a slide, and is actually a value proposition.

Connecting NetSuite to AI Tools Outside the System

This is the story we want to see play out the most. At SuiteConnect London in March, NetSuite added to its AI Connector Service based on the Model Context Protocol (MCP). It enables companies to connect external AI assistants to NetSuite data, with role permissions dictating what each assistant can view. Oracle also announced a companion prompt library, an AI Connector Service for NetSuite Analytics Warehouse and MCP Apps, to be available in the future.

It’s more than finance for merchants. AI tools can now safely feed data from NetSuite, such as product data, order history and customer records, opening up real possibilities for ecommerce and customer service teams. We’ve been building in this area ourselves with our NetSuite MCP Connector and so we’ll be in those sessions taking notes.

Content Specific to the Industry

This year Oracle is shining a brighter light on industries. The catalog has curated sessions for advertising & media, construction, consulting, food & beverage, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing & distribution, non-profits, retail & distribution and software. Specifically, food and beverage and retail sessions are looking at how to connect ecommerce with financial, inventory and order management, which is the same problem we solve for SuiteCommerce, Shopify and BigCommerce merchants.

Oracle AI World Same Week

The biggest structural change for 2026. Oracle AI World, the company’s marquee conference, formerly known as CloudWorld, will be held Oct. 25–28 at The Venetian Convention and Expo Center, next door to Caesars Forum. SuiteWorld passes include access to AI World mainstage keynotes and the AI World Hub. Three of those keynotes are on the SuiteWorld agenda.

In the real world, customers of NetSuite get to listen to Oracle’s broader AI strategy and NetSuite’s ERP roadmap on the same trip. If your company is also using other Oracle cloud products, that’s a reason to send someone from IT along with finance.

Learning Formats: Labs, Theaters, and 1:1 Time

With over 350 sessions and labs, SuiteWorld 2026 has plenty of ways to learn. A few formats sell out quickly:

  • Hands-on labs: One reservation per person, led by NetSuite experts. Use the Agenda Builder to reserve your hands-on lab early.
  • Product & industry roundtables: Also one reservation per person. Five minutes before start, any unclaimed seats are released to the walk-up line.
  • Expo theater sessions: 30-minute demos and use cases, presented in three theaters on the Expo floor.
  • Seminars: Hosted by the NetSuite Learning Cloud Support Team.
  • 1:1 with experts: SuiteGuru for product questions, NSpections for system insights and Education Advising for training plans.
  • UX Lab: Research sessions to get feedback on future NetSuite screens.

The pre-event sessions on October 24–25 are also eligible for CPE credits, which is useful if your finance team needs them anyway.

The Party and Networking

There’s one thing about each SuiteWorld evening:

  • Welcome reception (Sunday): Drinks, music and first look at the Expo
  • Monday: Industry reception – Meet with your industry colleagues
  • The Party (Tuesday): This year’s headliner is Maroon 5. Attendees must be 21 or older guest passes sold as add-on

Throughout the day, look for user group meetups over lunch, sponsor-hosted Cloud du Jour lunches, and peer-led industry roundtables. These are some of the best networking opportunities of the week, and you will meet more than one future partner over a lunch table. Also on Sunday morning is Impact Lab: AI in Action, where attendees team up to design AI automations for Water.org.

Not Going? How to Watch SuiteWorld On Air

SuiteWorld On Air is free. This year, it’s more than just a keynotes stream. What registration gets you:

  • Live keynotes on Monday (opening) and Tuesday (product)
  • 100+ live and on-demand sessions, including new On Air-only sessions unpacking the main announcements
  • Live Q&A sessions and hands-on labs on Monday and Tuesday
  • All On Air sessions available on demand through Nov. 30

The virtual experience won’t replace hallway conversations or a SuiteGuru appointment. But in terms of getting an entire team up to speed on the NetSuite roadmap, you can’t beat free.

Tips for Our SuiteWorld 2026

We’ve been going to SuiteWorld for years and the same advice applies:

  • Select your lab & roundtable now. You get one of each, and the good ones fill up first.
  • Address real problems. “Our close takes 12 days” will get a better answer from a SuiteGuru than “tell me about AI.”
  • Schedule around the Monday afternoon keynote. That’s where the NetSuite Next news comes in. More details are in the Tuesday product keynote.
  • Bring a list to tour the Expo. Over 150 sponsors, so wandering through takes a whole afternoon. Before you get there, know which partner booths and integrations you need to visit.
  • Bring comfortable shoes. More than you might expect, you can get around between Caesars Forum and The Venetian.
  • Schedule meetings before you fly. Once you are there it is hard to find open slots.
