NetSuite hit the stage in Las Vegas a year ago and introduced NetSuite The next is the biggest change to the platform since its launch in 1998. This October the NetSuite community returns to the same building to see how much of that promise is now running in real accounts.
The short version: NetSuite SuiteWorld 2026 is sold out in person, the agenda is public and AI is at the center of nearly every keynote. This is what we know about the biggest cloud ERP conference of the year, and the topics we expect to dominate the week.
One new thing as of 2025 is easy to miss. This year the conference begins on a Sunday and wraps up Wednesday afternoon, nearly three weeks later than last year, which was Oct. 6–9.
Yes. Once the event was full, Oracle ended in-person registration. If you didn’t get a badge, you have two choices:
Have a pass already? Find out your payment status today. Oracle’s deadline is 5:00 p.m. PT on October 2, 2026, and any registration not paid in full by then is automatically canceled. Training for the event can still be added through the Attendee Portal up to and including October 14.
For those budgeting for next year or hoping for a waitlist spot to open up, here’s what Oracle charged for 2026:
| Pass | Price |
| Single conference pass | $2,195 |
| Group pass (3 or more) | $1,895 per person |
| Public sector and nonprofit | $1,495 |
| Public sector, excluding The Party | $1,195 |
| 2-day pre-event training (Sat + Sun) | $2,495 individual / $2,095 group |
| 1-day pre-event training (Sun only) | $1,495 individual / $1,295 group |
A full conference pass includes keynotes, breakout sessions, hands-on labs, the Expo, all three evening events, breakfast and lunch Monday through Wednesday, and 30 days of On Air access post-event. This year it also includes coverage of the Oracle AI World mainstage keynotes, and the AI World Hub. More on that later.
Oracle publishes at a glance agenda and session catalog is live. All times are Pacific time.
A some planning notes. The SuiteWorld opening keynote is Monday afternoon, so a Monday morning flight still gets you there with time to spare. Wednesday ends early, so a home flight in the afternoon is a possibility. And if you purchased the 2-day training pass, you need to be in Vegas by Saturday morning.
Of course, Oracle hasn’t released the scripts of the keynote. But between the 2026.2 release, this year’s SuiteConnect tour and the session catalog, the big storylines are already clear. There’s a thread worth following for each business leader in finance, operations and IT.
SuiteWorld opens with a keynote from Evan Goldberg, NetSuite founder and executive vise president, on NetSuite Next and what a business can do with AI built into everyday workflows and processes.
NetSuite Next is no longer a preview, unlike 2025. The rollout started with the NetSuite 2026.2 release, announced by Oracle on July 15. Preview accounts are available for customers in the United States and Canada, with other countries coming soon. Sign up for a preview account or switch your production account. It doesn’t turn itself on for you, so expect a lot of sessions around planning the move: trying out customizations, training users, and deciding who goes first.
Ask Oracle, the conversational assistant at the center of NetSuite Then, with 2026.2 coming first for U.S. and Canadian accounts. You type in a question in natural language and get an answer based on your own NetSuite data. Expect the breakouts to be used daily, because that’s where the useful questions are. How accurate are answers on a heavily customized account? What can each role see?
Oracle spent the first half of the year rolling out AI features in SuiteConnect events in New York, Chicago, London and nine other cities. The list of finance is long:
These go from announcement to “here’s how a customer set it up” at SuiteWorld. If your team handles the close and reporting in NetSuite, block off the finance track. They’re the point where automation stops being a slide, and is actually a value proposition.
This is the story we want to see play out the most. At SuiteConnect London in March, NetSuite added to its AI Connector Service based on the Model Context Protocol (MCP). It enables companies to connect external AI assistants to NetSuite data, with role permissions dictating what each assistant can view. Oracle also announced a companion prompt library, an AI Connector Service for NetSuite Analytics Warehouse and MCP Apps, to be available in the future.
It’s more than finance for merchants. AI tools can now safely feed data from NetSuite, such as product data, order history and customer records, opening up real possibilities for ecommerce and customer service teams. We’ve been building in this area ourselves with our NetSuite MCP Connector and so we’ll be in those sessions taking notes.
This year Oracle is shining a brighter light on industries. The catalog has curated sessions for advertising & media, construction, consulting, food & beverage, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing & distribution, non-profits, retail & distribution and software. Specifically, food and beverage and retail sessions are looking at how to connect ecommerce with financial, inventory and order management, which is the same problem we solve for SuiteCommerce, Shopify and BigCommerce merchants.
The biggest structural change for 2026. Oracle AI World, the company’s marquee conference, formerly known as CloudWorld, will be held Oct. 25–28 at The Venetian Convention and Expo Center, next door to Caesars Forum. SuiteWorld passes include access to AI World mainstage keynotes and the AI World Hub. Three of those keynotes are on the SuiteWorld agenda.
In the real world, customers of NetSuite get to listen to Oracle’s broader AI strategy and NetSuite’s ERP roadmap on the same trip. If your company is also using other Oracle cloud products, that’s a reason to send someone from IT along with finance.
With over 350 sessions and labs, SuiteWorld 2026 has plenty of ways to learn. A few formats sell out quickly:
The pre-event sessions on October 24–25 are also eligible for CPE credits, which is useful if your finance team needs them anyway.
There’s one thing about each SuiteWorld evening:
Throughout the day, look for user group meetups over lunch, sponsor-hosted Cloud du Jour lunches, and peer-led industry roundtables. These are some of the best networking opportunities of the week, and you will meet more than one future partner over a lunch table. Also on Sunday morning is Impact Lab: AI in Action, where attendees team up to design AI automations for Water.org.
SuiteWorld On Air is free. This year, it’s more than just a keynotes stream. What registration gets you:
The virtual experience won’t replace hallway conversations or a SuiteGuru appointment. But in terms of getting an entire team up to speed on the NetSuite roadmap, you can’t beat free.
We’ve been going to SuiteWorld for years and the same advice applies:
NetSuite SuiteWorld 2026 will be held October 25–28 at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas, with optional pre-event training October 24–25.
Yes, the in-person passes are sold out. Join the waitlist or attend virtually for free on SuiteWorld On Air.
Individual passes are $2,195, group passes are $1,895 per person (three or more), and public sector and nonprofit passes are $1,495. On Air is free.
Yes. SuiteWorld On Air is the free virtual alternative. It streams the keynotes live and has 100+ sessions, on demand through November 30.
Monday, October 26: Keynote Opening Session with Evan Goldberg, Founder & Executive Vise President, Oracle NetSuite. Tuesday has Oracle AI World keynotes with Oracle leaders on the same days, and SuiteWorld product keynotes follow.
The Party is headlined by Maroon 5 Tuesday, October 27 starting at 9:00 p.m.
Oracle hasn’t shared details, but watch for announcements around the rollout of NetSuite Next, Ask Oracle, AI agents for finance, and how NetSuite plays with external AI tools.
As a NetSuite partner, we’ll be at SuiteWorld 2026 in Las Vegas and would be thrilled to compare notes on what NetSuite Next means for your commerce stack, from SuiteCommerce storefronts to Shopify and BigCommerce integrations and the AI tools now connecting to NetSuite data. Schedule a meeting with our team and follow us on LinkedIn for show floor updates.
See you in Vegas.
