“Social Media is how we develop the brand’s personality and interact with the company’s clients directly. This helps us build customer trust and loyalty. Clients are more likely to buy from brands who they identify with!”
With the rise of macro and micro-influencers and the evolution of many platforms that now allow buying directly from social media apps, we can say social media is a major game changer for eCommerce stores. On top of that, audiences expect businesses to interact with them and answer their messages over social media as well as the more traditional customer service channels. If you’re not using the platforms correctly, you might lose potential customers!
As Sofía mentioned, a good social media presence inspires trust and familiarity in the audience: this is key, considering online users have thousands of store options to choose from. “It’s an opportunity for people to learn more about the brand and understand what it really is about. It’s an opportunity to connect with your clients.”, she added.
When we asked her what her favorite part about her role is, she said, “I love that Social Media doesn’t have to be exclusively about sales and that it gives me room to be creative, take the brand to different levels, and explore the company’s message and goals.”
